PRT LEAGUE
RULES
FRANCHISES

OWNERSHIP
-
Each franchise will be auctioned off in a manner that allows any current PRT Member to purchase a team if they are the highest bidder
-
Teams that have no bids, will be league owned and can later be sold from the league to any interested PRT Member
​
ELGIBILITY
-
Only active PRT Members on the official season start date are eligible to be on a roster for that season
-
Undrafted players become free agents after the draft for that season and may sign with any team
-
Players may only be on one PRT roster at any time
​​

TEAMS
​
SALARIES & CONTRACTS
-
Team owners will contract with players in the form of a season salary and optional bonuses
-
Owners may begin signing players on the official season start date
​
​ROSTER SIZE
-
Each team is allowed a roster size of 3
-
The team owner may be the fourth rostered player
​
PARTICIPATION
-
No player may play more than 10 games total (even if multiple teams) during a single PRT season
-
No team owner is required to play any rostered member a minimum number of games
​​​
TRADES/TRANSFERS
-
The official in-season trade window begins after the final game is played in Week 4 and ends prior to the start of the first day of Week 9
-
Teams are allowed to trade or transfer any players according to the player's contract terms and with a payment of the PRT League Transfer Fee
PLAYERS

Free Agent Period Begins (Until this date, only previous teams can negotiate and re-sign players that were on a roster in the previous season)

Each season consists of 12 consecutive weeks of play
​HOSTING
-
Each franchise will select their host match time for the season within their league’s match time window
-
Each franchise will get to select their host map/settings (subject to league approval)
-
Each season teams get to select 4 sets of settings and maps can be repeated if settings aren't the same (priority designated order based on final league standings of previous season)
-
Owners can select any 6-player game mode for their settings
-
If 5 out of the 6 six owners in any league veto settings the team is required to adjust them and resubmit for approval
MATCH TIMES
-
Games will be played on either Monday or Tuesday of each week (Monday on odd weeks, Tuesday on even weeks)
-
Game times are selected by each team prior to the season beginning. Each team must select a time for their host weeks within the range permitted for their division:

Central: 17-20 UTC​
-
Western: 0-3 UTC
-
COMPETITON
WEEKLY MATCHES
-
Each week, a match of two games will take place with all 6 teams from the division
-
Game 1 will be a 70% game and Game 2 will be a World Domination game
-
Each team will select their home maps prior to the season that will be used on their host weeks
​
Scoring
-
Wins: World Domination - 10 pts | 70% Domination- 15 pts
-
Each bounty with an immediate trade (or victory on turn) earns a team 3 league points. All bounties in fixed games earn 3 points (regardless of immediate trade).
-
Getting to 50% of the territories in a 70% game without winning on that turn results in the loss of 1 league point
-
Teams can be punished up to 10 league points for violation of fair play as determined by the league ownership

Stalemates
On the stalemate turn (Turn 30 in 1-game match, Turn 20 in 2 or 3-game match) the following win conditions are automatically added:
-
Zombies - first to kill on stalemate turn or beyond
-
70% Domination - 60% domination on stalemate turn or beyond
-
World Domination- stalemate turn and beyond activates assassins targets
PRIZES
LEAGUE PRIZES
-
A prize amount for finishing in the Top 3 each division of League One will be specified in the initial season announcement
-
The number of teams that will earn a place in the following season's Champions League will be specified in the initial season announcement

PROMOTION/RELEGATION
-
As additional leagues and divisions are added, a certain number of teams will be promoted and relegated from each division and will be specified in the initial season announcement
